At Dastony, we strive for complete satisfaction with our stone-ground nut butters and wellness products; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened jars unless there is a verifiable quality issue.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    For items damaged during transit or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the product and the packaging for our review.

    Receive Authorization

    Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on whether a physical return is required.

    Refund or Replacement

    After processing your request, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
